Accelerator Course: Emerging Leader
Who is the Emerging Leadership Program for?
Formerly called our Team Leadership program, this course is designed for team leaders, project leaders, and department managers who are responsible for the work of others.
This program is ideal for any managers with little to no managerial experience or as a refresher for managers who have been in their roles for some time without formal training.
What does the curriculum structure include?
Participants attend 6 in-person meeting sessions and complete 4 online, self-study modules. Through structured learning, peer discussion, facilitated advisory conversations, and independent studies, participants gain practical skills they can apply directly to improve their leadership, communication, team performance, and execution within your organization.
What does the program content focus on?
Program content is tailored and specifically focused on essential material and learned skills necessary for building high-level emerging leaders
- How to influence and lead others, including former peers.
- Best practices for analyzing and motivating a team.
- How to adjust your communication style to best fit the audience.
- How to clarify and communicate expectations for your team.
- Best practices for handling team challenges.
- How to drive team accountability.
- To take control and put your own leadership system in place.
