Which Accelerator course is right for my employee?
Choose based on the level of responsibility the employee is preparing to carry next. Emerging Leader is for high-potential employees, supervisors, and newer managers. Strategic Leader is for experienced managers and senior leaders who lead through others and have broader responsibility for organizational performance.
Who should attend Emerging Leader or Strategic Leader?
Emerging Leader is ideal for high-potential employees preparing for management, first-level managers, supervisors, and team leaders. Strategic Leader is designed for senior or executive managers and established leaders whose scope and business responsibilities are expanding.
How are the courses structured, and how large are the classes?
Each course includes six in-person sessions delivered over six months, from November 2026 through April 2027. Participants receive 15 hours of facilitated instruction, complete independent learning and practical application between sessions, and learn in a class of approximately 8–12 participants.
Do participants receive a certificate, and can multiple employees enroll?
Yes. Participants who complete the program receive a certificate of completion. Both MPI members and non-members may enroll, and organizations may register multiple employees subject to available space. What does it cost to enroll in the course?
The investment to enroll a member of your team in a Leadership Accelerator Course is $2,100 for MPI members| $2400 for non-members.
