Strategy Development Program

This program is a guided, year-round process.  MPI works with the executive team to develop, communicate, and execute a 3 to 5 year growth strategy.  Having a decisive and well-communicated strategy will put your organization in an elite group, proactively controlling their own destiny and outperforming the competition.

Culture Development Program

This program is a year-round program involving a collection of activities that help the executive team discover, plan for, and operationalize your organizational culture – the culture you need to reinforce successful execution of your business strategy.

Leadership Development Program

This program offers a continuum of training courses to establish foundational knowledge and skills, educational roundtables to reinforce them, and workshops to explore special strategic topics.  Current and future managers who participate in this program build confidence and competence to execute your strategic plan.  Additionally, the Leadership Development Program creates organizational energy and excitement, while providing the management team a powerful tool for attracting and retaining talent.

MPI’s leadership training courses are available at your site to meet the dynamic and customized needs of your organization.  Participants improve their confidence and competence as managers and leaders in a more exclusive environment that establishes collaboration and a common language with peers from your organization.

With Other Companies

MPI’s leadership training courses happen twice a year at a public venue and are open to any organization or manager looking to improve their confidence and competence as managers and leaders.  Participants receive a rich learning experience with peers from other organizations.

In a Summit

Strategy, culture, and leadership development activities are offered in a more affordable alternative than the typical private engagement. The Summit format combines large-group learning of the guiding principles, tools, and templates to be used, with private breakout sessions with a MPI facilitator.  Your work in the breakout sessions is tailored to your organization.

Lead Consultants

Shaun Mahoney, Founder and CEOShaun head shot

Shaun Mahoney is passionate about Leadership Development.  Over his career, Shaun has served in a number of management and executive roles at private and public companies such as JP Morgan Chase, Equifax and Housecall Medical Resources.

Shaun accepted the role as Chairman of Albany, New York-based company NextRidge after a 10-year tenure as its CEO.  It was during this period that Shaun began working with CEOs and Executive teams while developing the extensive curriculum, tools and templates that are the foundation of the MPI’s Performance Programs.

Mr. Mahoney is a board member for the Center of Economic Growth and a member of the Albany 50 Group.  Shaun formerly served as a board member of the Industrial Advisory Board for Rensselaer’s Center for Automation Technologies and Systems, the Albany Medical Center Foundation committee and the Chairman of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Siena College School of Business.

Mr. Mahoney is a graduate of Fordham University and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).


Bruce Parsons, Principal Consultant      Bruce-Parsons headshot

Bruce Parsons has joined the company as a Principal Consultant. Bruce has over 30 years of operations excellence, program management and leadership experience in a variety of industries. As an MPI Principal Consultant, Bruce will work with executives, leaders and teams to drive higher organizational performance and deliver breakthrough business results.

Bruce is a Distinguished Military Graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a degree in Civil Engineering. He served for over four years as a Combat Engineer Officer in the US Army immediately upon graduation from college.   He has served as a board member and President of the Tri-County United Way and coached youth athletics for many years in baseball, softball, soccer, basketball and lacrosse.
