Within 2 weeks of the class start date, you will be receiving your welcome email with class information and your initial reading assignment for the first class. Your book will arrive separately – either in physical form or electronically depending on your choice.

Cancellation Policy:

Should a participant need to reschedule or cancel enrollment in a training course, please contact MPI immediately. Participants that cancel on or more than thirty (30) days prior to the course start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received eleven (11) to twenty-nine (29) days prior to the course start date will be charged a fifty percent (50%) cancellation fee. Cancellations received on or less than ten (10) days prior to the course start date will be charged a seventy-five percent (75%) cancellation fee. If, for any reason, MPI finds it necessary to cancel or reschedule a course, participants will be notified fourteen (14) business days before the scheduled start date. In this case, should a participant not be available to attend, a full refund will be offered. Participant substitutions are permitted, provided the substitute meets the course prerequisites and/or is approved by MPI. Additionally, should a participant need to reschedule attendance at one of the class meetings for a course, there will be a $100 rescheduling fee.
