This course prepares first-time managers or untrained managers to be responsible for a team and get work done by influencing others. The course takes place over four weeks with a class meeting every week, lasting 5 hours each.
Who’s it for?
This course is best for team leaders and supervisors of individual contributors.
What’s in it for me?
This course will jump-start your management career. Shaun Mahoney or one of his team of MPI trainers leads this course. The course instructor is an accomplished, experienced senior business executive. You will meet and learn from business executives, prominent professors, and build an exciting new book and movie library. You will earn a certificate and become part of a growing alumni network that meets multiple times a year to network and share ideas and insight.

During the four sessions, you will learn the practical fundamentals of Leading Your Team, Managing Your Team, Communicating with Your Team and Developing Your Management System.
