Shaun Mahoney (CFA)Founder and CEOShaun has held management and executive roles at private and public companies such as the Chase Manhattan Bank, Equifax, and Housecall Medical Resources. He is a graduate of Fordham University.Shaun accepted the role as Chairman of Albany, New York-based company NextRidge after a 10-year tenure as its CEO. It was during this period that Shaun began working with CEOs and Executive teams while developing the extensive curriculum, tools and templates that are the foundation of the MPI’s Performance Programs.
Mr. Mahoney is a board member for the Center of Economic Growth and a member of the Albany 50 Group. Shaun formerly served as a board member of the Industrial Advisory Board for Rensselaer’s Center for Automation Technologies and Systems, the Albany Medical Center Foundation committee and the Chairman of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Siena College School of Business.

Bruce ParsonsPrincipalPreviously VP at Blue State Solutions and EXL Service working with Medicare Administration Contractors. Passion for helping people and organizations achieve extraordinary performance.Bruce is a Distinguished Military Graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a degree in Civil Engineering. He served for over four years as a Combat Engineer Officer in the US Army immediately upon graduation from college. She provides strategic direction for digital marketing campaigns and expertise on brand management.

Jim ScottProduct DevelopmentJim Scott leads Product Development for Mahoney Performance Institute. He has many years of experience leading and managing product development teams in companies ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to small-and medium-sized companies to large multinationals.Through his combination of practical experience and academic studies, Jim has built an expertise in teamwork, management, and leadership.
Jim has lectured in management as an adjunct professor at Siena College, in managing software quality and product development at Union Graduate College, and coached MBA students at Union Graduate College as they developed business plans for local businesses in the MBA Capstone course. He holds degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Iowa State University and an M.B.A. from Union Graduate College.
